Mea Austin

As the owner of multiple small businesses, including a race team, one of Mea's proudest career accomplishments was orchestrating a six-figure driver development deal with Hendrick Motorsports, a premier NASCAR team (think Jeff Gordon.) The driver, her son, was fourteen years old; the youngest driver ever signed to a NASCAR contract. Even more extraordinary, he is Bi-Racial, one of a handful of black drivers in the history in the seventy-two-year history of the sport.

As a motivational speaker, Mea is known for her high-energy, humor, and her ability to captivate listeners. She has a background in law, healthcare, and of course racing. Mea has a been captivating audiences as a Keynote speaker for over twenty-five years. She leverages her experience as part of a diverse family and as the owner of multiple businesses to inspire and motivate a variety of audiences.

As an Executive Advisor, she optimizes executive teams, enhances employee engagement, and increases the "triple-bottom-line," (people, profits, and personal causes). Using Applied Psychometric Analytics, she provides data on the biggest expense and most important aspect of any business – the people. She will help you get drivers in the right cars and right seats. Mea coaches high-impact leaders so they win the race in the areas that matter the most: faith, family, business, and legacy.

Mea is a licensed Executive Advisor with the Culture Index, a certified Life Coach and Time Management Expert. Her current affiliations include the Worldwide Association of Female Professionals (WAOFP) and the National Speakers Association (NSA.) She studied business at Washburn University in Topeka Kansas and is a degreed Paralegal. Mea offers individual and executive life coaching services.
