Lila is a fitness guru, having completed some of the toughest challenges on Earth, including a 48-mile Grand Canyon climb and ascending Machu Picchu. A graduate of Kalamazoo College, University of Michigan, University of Massachusetts, University of Bonn, and the University of Freiburg in Germany, Lila holds two master's degrees and speaks five languages. Lila delivers keynotes, virtual workshops and consulting services that address both the intellectual and emotional aspects of courage and fear.
