Pierre holds graduate degrees in communication and theology from Andrews University. He also holds a certificate in Principled Centered Management from the Focus Leadership Institute and a certificate in Executive Leadership from Howard University.

He is a highly regarded motivational speaker, leadership coach and author, certified DISC coach, and for over ten years he has been a leadership trainer with universities, governmental organizations, and nonprofits.
