Jamie Dandar McKinney is author of Speak Up, Sister! The Professional Woman's Guide to Confidence and Success. She is president of her company whose mission is to empower women to ditch doubts, speak up and achieve the careers they deserve and desire.
After spending 20 years working her way up in heavily male-dominated industries, she jokes that her stilettos have steel-toes. Jamie discovered the Confidence Formula and claims it as her secret to success. It's no longer a secret now, though, as she teaches and coaches women, nationwide, on how they can implement this formula to achieve personal fulfillment and advance their careers.
