Bill attributes their sustained growth over 30 years to their culture. By 2008, Mustang exceeded 6,500 employees. Second generation leadership continued to cultivate the winning culture and grew annual revenues past $2 Billion.

Bill and his partners were recognized as the "Kings of Culture" worldwide and were crowned with the Lifetime Achievement Award for "Visionary Leadership in the Process Industry." Bill is a West Point distinguished graduate (top 5% of his class) and an Honor graduate of the US Army Ranger School. Bill Higgs leads by example.
