Randy Kay is Chairman and Chief Learning Officer of PACEsetters, a human development firm. He is the author of six business and self-help books, including The Power to Thrive, The 22 Most Important Things, and Daily Keys to Success. He's also the author of two fiction books, Will's Purpose, and The Last Earth. Kay has trained over one million people in his career. Earlier in his career, he served as an executive for Fortune 100 companies like Johnson & Johnson, CEO of TenorCorp, a strategic development firm, CEO of a biotech company and a media company, and chairman or board member for numerous philanthropic organizations.

Randy Kay has authored over 100 articles including those published in Forbes and Switch & Shift, and he has been interviewed on television shows and radio programs reaching over 500 million people. His newest book, Dying to Meet Jesus, will be published by Chosen, a division of Baker Publishing, and explains how God can transform suffering to joy, turning our pain into purpose, while sharing very personal trials of others and himself, including his own Near Death Experience. Randy Kay has been married to Renee for over 25 years, is the father of two grown children, and the adopted father of two sons. He and his wife live in the San Diego area.
