
Joel Quenneville
Joel Quenneville is the former head coach of the Chicago Blackhawks with whom he led the team to three Stanley Cup titles. He previously coached the Colorado Avalanche and St. Louis Blues. On October 16, 2008, Quenneville was promoted to head coach of the Blackhawks, replacing Hall of Famer Denis Savard. On December 1, 2009, he got his 500th win as a coach vs Columbus. On December 18, 2011, he earned his 600th career coaching win, winning 4-2 against the Calgary Flames. On January 14, 2016, Quenneville notched his 783rd win, passing Al Arbour and ranking him second to only Scotty Bowman in total wins. He finished his time with the Blackhawks by compiling a 452-249-96 regular season record and 76-52 postseason record. As a player, Quenneville, was drafted by the Toronto Maple Leafs 21st overall in the 1978 NHL Entry Draft. He went on to play for the Maple Leafs, Colorado Rockies, New Jersey Devils, Hartford Whalers and Washington Capitals.
