Will Matthews is President and Founder of Matthews Performance Group. As an expert in the field of personal transformation and professional fulfillment, Will blends his successful twenty-five year career in management, sales, marketing and Organizational Change Management with his passion for helping people and organizations break through to the results that they really want.
MPG Coaching combines extensive expertise with coaching specific training to deliver world-class performance coaching and ongoing support to organizations and individuals worldwide. Our clients include Financial Services Professionals, executives, sales professionals, small business owner and managers. Our focus is in guiding success-driven professionals through barriers and perceived limitations to help them break through into the life and results they really want.
In addition to working with individuals as their business performance coach, Will and his team have had the opportunity to dramatically contribute to the success of several organizations ranging from Fortune 100 companies to early-stage entrepreneurial start ups to some of the most successful financial services practices in the country. Contributing to the effectiveness of the Matthews Performance Group approach is our extensive background in organizational change management and business turnaround. Will has built what he refers to as "Power Teams" from the shop floor to the executive suite. In some cases, the successful implementation of the strategy resulted in achieving the client company's desired exit strategy.
He has served on the Board of Advisors of the University of Colorado Global Energy Management Masters Program, served on the Membership Committee of the National Speakers Association in Denver and also served as President of the International Coach Federation – Denver Chapter.
