The Naked Waiters
We are an acoustic trio that inadvertently started in 2014 when we decided to serenade a couple with a ukulele after serving them dinner in a backyard wearing nothing but aprons and bow-ties. We then grew throughout Utah playing mainly at farmer's markets, then also weddings, festivals, corporate events, etc. Despite our origin and name, we are appropriate for any event, no matter how professional or family-oriented.
We use three different types of ukuleles and sometimes a guitar. Our specialty is the 3-part vocal harmony we use in every song, which is somewhat in the style of Crosby, Stills, and Nash, but with a modern twist. This year we have started traveling around the world performing and teaching at ukulele festivals and other music festivals. Performance locations include Scotland, Vancouver Island in Canada, California, and Australia/New Zealand.
