Saby Waraich

Delivery, enthusiasm, professionalism, ENERGY! Those are just some of the words that come to mind when I think of the presentation that Saby delivered to our chapter, PMI Southern Nevada. This was our Chapter's second time working with Saby yet his content came across as fresh and enlightening! Saby shared his experience in turning around a failing government-sector project using his wealth of knowledge and expertise. As many of our Chapter members can attest, Saby's lessons learned were invaluable. Thank you, Saby... for everything!

We were lucky to have Saby present “Purple Cow Leadership” at the PMI Southern Caribbean Chapter this month. Saby did an exceptional job! His presentation was really powerful, inspiring, thought provoking and engaging. He shared real life experiences to enlighten us, which made it super relatable and made all of his advice seem achievable. Our attendees really enjoyed it and had lots of great feedback to share. We can’t wait to have him back for his “Don’t adopt the monkey” presentation.

Saby Waraich was a panelist in an IIBA Nigeria chapter webinar that I chaired. This webinar was on the topic “Have you ever jumped from a plane? ….. Journey of delivering complex projects”. Intriguing topic, right? Yes, and this is how intriguing the entire event was! Saby brought to much energy, innovation, inspiration, engagement, insights and of cause knowledge, to the event that I could not afford to be distracted for even a few seconds. Thank you Saby for sharing your wealth of knowledge and experience with us. Saby is a great asset to any organisation.

To say that I greatly enjoyed meeting Saby for the first time would be an understatement. With both diligence and careful planning, we coordinated a very insightful speaking engagement for our IIBA Chapter and Saby certainly didn't disappoint. He truly is a skilled guest speaker with an impressive delivery and a real asset to the BA community.

We had Saby present to the IIBA Vancouver community in April 2022. Saby has a great way to communicate, deliver the message and most importantly engage the audience throughout the duration of the presentation. Saby has a very friendly person and got along well with the board, was prompt and courteous. Saby was a speaker at the PMI SAC Annual Conference that I co-chaired. From the very beginning, he was extremely easy to work with. He promoted the conference on his own accord, and was very communicative whenever us organizers needed anything from him. Saby's session during the conference was dynamic and really interactive! He used tools I have not seen other speakers use, making it engaging for everyone. He also added a new dimension to our conference introducing an impromptu social media contest! I would recommend Saby without any hesitation for any conference

I retained Saby for his "Don't Adopt the Monkey" presentation in the fall of 2020 to be presented in January of 2021 for the PMI Metrolina chapters East Region which I am the chair for and it was a highly attended event for the East Region. Saby was also extremely easy to work with leading up to the event despite a few last minute expectation changes which he took in graceful stride. The presentation was as energetic & insightful as it was thought provoking. Saby not only used his own personal & professional experiences to highlight the validity of the material but also made the presentation interactive with the use of an outside media platform so we could provide feedback to him throughout the presentation. This interactive feedback thus gave a greater understanding how these lessons could be applied in different facets of our own lives. 10/10 - I highly recommend

Saby presented to our PMI Central Arkansas Chapter - 'Have you ever jumped from a plane? Delivering a complex project'. Content, delivery, and structure were excellent and very relevant to our members. Saby was very professional and natural, he engaged PMs, the combination of stories, videos, visuals, polls, etc made the delivery almost like out of this world and we enjoyed every minute of it. Saby recently spoke at Charleston PMI Chapter Meeting. The talk was interactive, engaging and he used some really fun and interesting ways to get his message across that it made the audience really think and reflect on leadership. As the VP for Professional Development board member, Saby was great to work with and our members absolutely loved his talk. I received numerous reviews from our members on how much they loved it.
