Destination: Work--How to Create an Engaged Workforce and Build a World-Class Business Organization

Engaged employees give all their engergy, creativiy and passion to performing their job.  The level of employee engagement is extremely important because it's the primary driver of a company's financial performance.  That being said, most businesses don't do a good job of engaging their employees--not because they don't try, but because they don't know how.  Experts have estimated that the average employee works somewhere between 30% and 50% of what her or she is capable.  This means that 50%-70% of their potential goes unutilized every day.  Destination: Work is a completely new method of managing that will enable you to tap into that unutilized potential.  When you manage using Destination: Work, your employees will create a competitive edge for you company that your competitors can't easily copy--your costs will be significantly lower due to greatly reduced turnover, absenteesim, theft and accidents, while your revenue dramatically goes up because your newly engaged employees are actively searching for ways to improve products, services and customer experiences.   And, here's the kicker:  There's no additional cost associated with implementing Destination: Work--it's absolutely free.

Taking Charge!  A New Way of Negotiating that Guarantees Your Success

This program picks up where the Harvard University Negotiating to Yes program (From the book: Getting To Yes) leaves off.  Instead of principles, it is built around Ross's four-step PRAM Model, which is the only model available that accurately depicts the entire negotiation process.  PRAM is an acronym for the four steps of the model, which are: Plans, Relationships, Agreements and Maintenance.    During this program, Ross will show you how to use his model to become far more successful in your negotiations not only with your customers, suppliers and employees, but with everyone else in your professional and personal lives as well.

Participants who complete this program will be able to:

  •  Develop plans to achieve spectacular results
  • Build relationships that lead to "yes"
  • Negotiate agreements that make both parties better off
  • Get others excited about telling them "yes" over and over again
  • Achieve a more rewarding and fulfilling personal life
