From before you hire, until long after they leave, engagement matters. Level up your leadership results with a repeat builder of highly engaged, resilient teams.

Rob first began speaking to large audiences in the late '90s finding ways to build interesting programs on otherwise dry, technical topics – often by connecting real-world relevance and leveraging his trademark self-deprecating humor. Over time, he would trend his speaking more towards practical subjects oriented around his love for people, leadership, and the most important thing that binds them - effective communication.

Rob held his first leadership position at the young age of 16, and "leading" people more than twice his age qucikly taught him tough lessons. In the years that followed, his experience as a leader in multiple industries tough him that motivation and team engagement are typically byproducts of truly connecting with people and communicating effectively.

Over the last 10 years of his corporate leadership career, he averaged a 4% turnover rate - a quarter of the industry average - and has since distilled the methodology that achieved those results into a repeatable set of processes and approaches to how leaders and organizations relate to their teams.

Rob is an Ironman finisher, avid cancer fighter, cyclist, and is reemerging as a writer with his upcoming book discussing how to take in data effectively to power successful critical thinking strategies
