Some say it is a matter of willpower but I beg to differ.

My name is Corinthia Loblack and I am an Advanced Practice RN, Certified Health Coach, owner of Triple 8 Spa & Wellness Center.  I was diagnosed with metabolic syndrome in my mid thirties.  While taking care of my cardiac patients I soon realized that I could have easily been the patient, and honestly so could many of my colleagues.  

I hold a Master's Degree in Nursing from Florida International University and have been working in health care for more than twenty-five years.  After working five years in Metabolism, Diabetes and Weight Loss medical practice, I took up a position as Cardiac NP at Osceola Regional Hospital and from there worked within the home healping patients manage their chronic conditions.  During that time I lost more than fifty pounds, came off high blood pressure and cholesterol medications and today I remain on the path to safe and permanent weight loss.

Three years ago I decided that there was more to health care than merely managing health conditions so I opened Triple 8 Spa & Wellness and began teaching my clients how to eat so that they can lose weight, keep the weight  off long-term and free themselves from the side effects of prescription medications.
