Steve Chaparro is a self-described frustrated visionary. His passionate message of navigating the transformative journey of leadership resonates with visionaries and innovators who find themselves stuck in the messy, in-between seasons.

As a keynote speaker, he has spoken to in-person and virtual audiences across the country. As a facilitator, he has led workshops with some of the top tech, pharmaceutical, real estate, and consumer package goods companies in North America.

He is also the creator and host of the Culture Design Show, a podcast featuring conversations about workplace culture with top leaders and thinkers.

He studied architecture at the University of Southern California and Strategic Design & Management at Parsons School of Design.

Steve lives in Long Beach, CA with his wife, two teenage sons, and noisy neighbors.
