About David

Most teams don’t fail because of talent.

They fail because of misalignment, drifting standards, and unclear leadership.

David Holloway helps leaders eliminate that confusion.

He works with Fortune 500 companies to build the one thing high-performing

organizations cannot operate without:

Clarity.

Ideal for leadership teams navigating growth, change, or performance plateaus.

Through keynotes, trainings, and executive advisory work, David equips leaders to:

 Align teams around what matters most

 Raise standards and accountability

 Strengthen trust and communication

 Execute under pressure

 Sustain high performance over time

This isn’t motivational theory.

It’s a performance operating system leaders can apply immediately.

THE PERFORMANCE 4 FRAMEWORK

David’s work centers on The Performance 4

Direction – Where we’re going and why it matters

Standards – The behaviors that define excellence

Feedback – The conversations that drive improvement

Identity – The mindset that sustain performance

When leaders create clarity across these four areas, teams don’t just improve -

they perform at a higher level and sustain it.

RAISED INSIDE THE ENVIRONMENT

Raised in a family where excellence was the standard, David grew up surrounded by elite

competitors. His father, Brian Holloway, was captain of the 1985 New England Patriots

Super Bowl XX team, and his maternal grandfather, Johnny “Pie” McKenzie, was a two-time

Stanley Cup champion with the legendary “Big Bad” Boston Bruins.

“I didn’t study championship teams – I was raised in one.” – David Holloway

FROM UNDERDOG TO CHAMPIONSHIP PERFORMANCE

David didn’t inherit success.

He began his career as an overlooked walk-on and fought his way into becoming an All-Star

frontline competitor – helping lead one of the greatest turnarounds in NFL history.

That journey gave him something most “experts” don’t have:

A real world understanding of what separates talented teams from championship teams.

Today, he translates those lessons into systems that leaders can run immediately.

Championship Performance Starts With Clarity

CHAMPIONSHIP PERFORMANCE STARTS WITH CLARITY

How Leaders Turn Talent into Consistent Results

Most performance issues aren’t effort problems - they’re clarity problems.

When priorities compete and expectations aren’t crystal clear, teams...

Championship Culture: Built To Win. Designed To Last

The Operating System Behind Consistent High-Performance Teams

Great cultures aren’t accidental - but most aren’t as strong as leaders believe.

When standards are unclear and accountability is inconsistent, culture becomes fragmented. Silos form, friction increases, and performance depends on who’s involved - not a system that scales.

David Holloway reveals how high-performing teams build culture by design - using clear standards, shared identity, and...

Raising The Leadership Standard Through Clarity

How Leaders Build Standards That Hold When It Matters Most

When leaders compromise under pressure, standards don’t just slip - they get redefined.

Teams don’t follow what leaders say. They follow what leaders tolerate.

Over time, small inconsistencies compound: accountability weakens, trust erodes, and performance drifts - often without leaders realizing it.

David Holloway shows leaders how to close the gap between what they expect and what they model -...

A Vision Of Greatness

Define Direction With Precision. Turn Vision Into Operational Results.

Every organization eventually hits the ceiling of its vision.

When leaders stop defining what’s next, growth stalls.
Momentum turns reactive.
Strategy shifts from expansion to maintenance.

The cost isn’t confusion.

It’s unrealized scale.

In this keynote, David Holloway delivers a disciplined five-step framework for constructing a clear and...
