Joe is the author of the "Dragons & Enemies" series on Leadership Self-Awareness and is a professional speaker, business consultant and coach.
He has over 25 years of business and leadership experience in industries such as the internet, marketing, telecommunications, real-estate, business consulting, consumer products and capital formation. He has launched his own businesses, selling two for over $1 million each and continues to enjoy start-ups, writing and business consulting. Along the way, he has enjoyed significantly valuable mentoring relationships and continues to be a mentor to many.
He began his career in corporate America and transitioned into smaller companies, launching his own startups and successfully exiting. He has helped dozens of business leaders navigate through their own personal, professional and business growth.
His professional expertise ranges from starting business, business development, brand management, traditional and digital marketing, capital formation, consulting and coaching. He has hosted his own radio show and is currently a guest columnist for Thinking Bigger Business Magazine. Joe has served large and small clients alike, including Walmart, Thrifty Car Rental and Farmland Foods.

He has an MBA and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Degree.

He explores how anyone can harness their own power to align their Enemies Within (internal limitations), successfully dance with their Dragons (outside forces), and align their personal and professional core-values.

Joe's focus is on cultivating businesses growth, drawing from years of successful business formation, management, marketing and sales. Joe has worked with dozens of organizations across multiple industries ranging from consumer services, retail sales, financial services, advertising and marketing, capital formation, and real estate investment. Joe has also been involved in several start-up ventures.
SPIDERtel: 1996 - 2010
Joe launched SPIDERtel - a digital marketing firm - from the basement of his home, just as the web was being commercialized. SPIDERtel provided services to recognizable national organizations such as Wal-Mart and Thrifty Car Rental, earning two 'best places to work' awards by noted business journals. Joe successfully exited the firm in 2010.
Sprint / Telecommunications: 1986 – 1996
Joe worked in the telecommunications industry as a product manager, profit center manager and as President of a telecom start-up.
