Omar Vieira

Dynamic and highly sought-after, leadership expert Omar Vieira has served as an active duty US Navy SEAL for over 21 years. He has undertaken the toughest physical and mental training in preparation for leading elite SEAL Teams on dangerous missions into enemy territory. Throughout his SEAL career, he garnered a reputation around the world as an authority on leadership and has been sought after for helping organizations develop leaders, lead effective change, and accelerate personal, team, and organizational performance.

After graduating from Basic Underwater Demolition / SEAL (BUD/S), Omar forged his two-decade-long career in developing his elite and tenacious leadership skills, conducting special operations missions in the guerrilla-infested jungles of Central and South America, and leading high-risk operations in Afghanistan, Iraq, and various other locations in the Middle East and Africa. He has led SEALs on thousands of combat operations, including direct action capture/kill missions, clandestine operations, and Special Reconnaissance missions in both declared and undeclared theaters of war.
