Eric has been deeply interested in the art of communicating, motivating and leading since before he landed his first job as a DJ at age 19. The radio gig was the gateway to the mad men world of  an advertising partner. where Eric led professional associations and produced award winning campaigns for retail, financial service, accounting, consulting, legal, healthcare, education and international non-profit organizations.


For more than three decades Eric has worked with leading national non-profits, start-ups to Fortune 100 companies, and professional service organizations -- on leadership, vision, business development/sales and strategic alignment.


Eric is co-author of two books -- "Decisions That Matter—Tales of Law Firm Leadership In Moments of Consequence" and "8 Mandates For Social Media Marketing Success". He has been ranked among the Top Private Company Chief Marketing Officers in America, has been named among the 50 Marketing Thought Leaders Over 50 You Should Know, is among the 20 most followed CMOs on Twitter, and is a TEDx speaker on the topic of "The Missing Metric"...a presentaton rooted in the fact that the only thing he can see on the eye chart is the "big E", and the downside of measures that don't tell the entire story.
