Engaging Results Communications (ERC) was the start of Olds' career as an entrepreneur. As the current President for ERC, she leads a full-service marketing agency which specializes in digital marketing and new media. Kay-Tee also founded a video web series about entrepreneurship, multiple non-profit organizations, and an award-winning catering company.
Olds' experience in business leadership and strategic marketing is driven by her aspiration to disrupt the market while making a significantly positive impact on the community. As such, she recently served as the President of Board of Directors at REACH-A-Child, Professional Development Council of WI, and Dane Buy Local. Currently, Olds is a board member of March of Dimes Wisconsin, an advisory board member of Wisconsin Women Business Initiative Corporation, and an adjunct professor at Madison College.
