At A Teague of Your Own, we provide speaking, training, and coaching services to our customers. Customers reach out to us when they are frustrated with team members not communicating with each other, irritated from missing quotas and underperforming, tired of not having people to fill management or supervisory roles, or upset with teams not working together to accomplish the organization's goals.
We started A Teague of Your Own because we believe in not just giving back to the community; we wanted to give more to our community. As a former faculty member, corporate trainer, and a contract trainer, I have spent years teaching and training individuals in both hard skills, such as accounting and OSHA, and in soft skills, such as communication and leadership. Speaking opportunities developed from customers asking for shorter, more entertaining versions of the full day trainings I had provided to them. Coaching grew out of the speaking and training sessions I led when customers would ask me to follow up and coach employees, and executives, that needed to be held accountable for the changes they were committed to making.
A Teague of Your Own was created to add value to the people and organizations we work with and help them overcome the challenges they face. We work together to go beyond the goals that were set to achieve excellence. We help people and organizations grow from where they are to where they want to be.
As a speaker, I deliver keynotes and break-out sessions. As a trainer, I offer lunch and learns, half-day, full-day trainings, and masterminds. As a coach, I work with individuals and teams on a bi-weekly or monthly basis to hold them accountable for the goals they have set for themselves.
Most of the clients I work with are organizations that realize they need help getting everyone on the same page. Either teams are not communicating with each other, people are unmotivated and underperforming, there is a lack of succession planning and training for future managers, or the organization is not accomplishing its goals due to an absence of teamwork.

Verified @gmail.comThis seminar has helped me realize that sometimes, as business owners, we give a lot of ourselves to our team and our clients, and sometimes we need to get filled. That's what this event did. A lot of the things I learned here I am going to implement today. I want to thank A Teague of Your Own for supplying this business forum for business owners like me.
