Create high-five cultures and develop powerful teams that get things done, retain the best people, and take on big challenges with ease.

Over the arc of her career, Dr. Rachel MK Headley has learned in the trenches that organizations are nothing without their people. For the first decade of her career, she was a satellite scientist, mapping the changes that were occuring on the landscape. The second decade, she was honored to serve as the Operational Science Officer of the USGS/NASA Landsat satellite mission - the oldest running Earth-looking civilian spacecraft program in the world.

Today, Headley is the CEO of Rose Group International, a business consultancy that specializes in providing premium strategic leadership coaching and training to solve problems around teamwork, productivity, time management, and retention, so leaders can more effectively achieve aspirational goals.

In total, Headley has over two decades of experience leading complex and groundbreaking achievements, managing big projects, uniting diverse international stakeholders, and guiding teams through change. You can rest assured that she has actually led teams and knows what works.

She is a Mensan, a TEDx speaker, a Forbes coach, a co-author of iX Leadership: Create High-Five Cultures and Guide Transformation, an Advisor to technology companies, a Trustee at South Dakota State University, and a global citizen.

When she speaks, Headley delights crowds with her perception around teams and leading them through change - particularly how teams work, how to motivate people, how to reengage staff, how to create high-five cultures, how to predict and mitigate people challenges around big changes (like M&A), and how to just make work a place your people actually want to be.

After speaking for her role in Landsat for 20 years (her largest talk was in front of 10,000+!), she enjoys transforming people's perception from the stage, always eager for those light-bulb moments that change the way people see  their team and the world around them.
