In 1993 Dar Bryant was a Top 10 Most Wanted Fugitive and Career Criminal. A States Attorney once Called him "A One Man Crime Wave". For 3 decades Dar was as some described by some as "Satan's Handyman". Today , Dar is entering his 13th year in ministry. He is the Director of the Dream Center of Alton which facilitates a re-entry program for adults and juveniles that are reintegrating back into society after a period of incarceration.
