Kareen stands out as a passionate woman who helps her clients (especially "parentpreneurs") realize their full potential professionally, emotionally and spiritually. She combines nearly 25 years of professional and entrepreneurial experience, having impacted hundreds of lives around the world as a pastor, speaker, trainer, coach, consultant and author. Her current expertise is in personal and professional development with a focus on mental health. She is a Certified DISC Human Behavior Senior Consultant  (Levels I, II and III) with Personality Insights and a Certified Speaker with Expert Speaker. In 2019, she was recognized as one of the Top 100 Black Women to Watch in Canada by CIBWE (Canada International Black Women Event). She is committed to educating and helping indviduals of all ages take charge of their personal development and mental health based on her own experience battling depression and burnout. After 15 years of dropping out of school, she graduated from university in 2020, making the Dean's List and obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, with a minor in Neuroscience and Mental Health from Carleton University. She is currently pursuing a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Cognitive Science.  She also founded a movement for women entrepreneurs called She Did It! Elle a osé! whose mission is to help women develop and grow personally and professionally. She has been married for 23 years and raising five wonderful children, some of whom are also entrepreneurs!
