Wanda Russell is a native of the Washington DC Metropolitan Area and life-long resident of Prince George's County, Maryland.  Wanda graduated from Parkdale High School and received her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from South Carolina State University, a Masters with honors in Business Management from Strayer University and an Honorary Doctoral Degree in Pedagogy (the Art of Education). She is also a member of Alpha Kappa Phi Sorority Incorporated.

With concurrent careers as a Financial and Real Estate Professional spanning more than 20 years, Wanda Russell has coined the title, "The Dual Career Agent". She has received many accolades as a Financial Analyst, Chief Executive Officer of a Financial Education Consulting Enterprise, and a former financial columnist for a weekly newspaper. In real estate, Mrs. Russell is an accomplished residential agent and commercial broker licensed in Maryland, Virginia, Delaware and the District of Columbia. Her success in providing exceptional customer service, keen knowledge, and negotiating ability has earned her acclaim as a top-ranked, five-consecutive time award-winning Realtor of a leading Washington D.C. area real estate brokerage. She is also a long-time member of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), the Maryland Association of Realtors (MAR), the Prince George's County Association of Realtors® (PGCAR) the Greater Capital Area Women's Council of Realtors® as well as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).

Despite all of this, Wanda Russell has found time to travel as a speaker, complete her second series of published books for business professionals interested in pursuing multiple careers, a children's guide focusing on entrepreneurship and financial education, and hold a full-time government job. But above all, Wanda remains committed to serving God, her family, community, and inspiring youth to define their own success as well as live a life of high achievement. It is her strong belief that "Success isn't just about what you accomplish in life; it's about what you inspire others to do" and in addition to her commitment, this is what motivates her forward each and every day.
