Life hasn’t always been this way for Susan. After 20 years of living on the streets and escaping the clutches of a notorious American motorcycle gang, Susan Armstrong found herself in a fight for her future. Learning and applying the principles of Emotional Intelligence, Susan was able to re-wire her belief system and embark on an unparalleled journey of success, rising from working in a bar to Director of Data Services for a large multi-national bank in 4 short years. And she didn’t stop there. She founded Susan Armstrong International, a company dedicated to helping others learn to harness the power of CETI to create success in their own personal and professional lives.
Susan holds formal education in the psychology of human behaviour, including Transpersonal Psychology, Positive Psychology as well as Adult Education, and Instructional Design. A regular speaker and breakout session leader at global events, Susan is a partner with SHRM, author of two books including “Confidence for Life” and has recently been named Faculty of the Year with a partner Educational Organization.
Susan provides speaking and training services to global organizations, and many governments, speaking in over 60 countries on 6 continents over the last 20+ years. She does this in her own down-to-earth, storytelling, and entertaining way, inspiring countless individuals across the globe.
Susan splits her time between Toronto, Canada, London, UK, and Dubai, UAE.
