She continued to refine her skills in leadership and team development while serving as president for an on-campus student group at the University of Southern California (USC), where she recruited executive board leadership and promoted events and activities to increase student membership by 20%. Additionally, she has served as a consultant for various nonprofits, including the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation and University of Southern California, in order to improve operations, fundraising and marketing.
Through a holistic lens and a growth mindset, she aims to blend social work values with her previous experience in leadership and management, to help her clients grow in their leadership skills and build innovative and sustainable workplaces for the future.
