PRAISE FOR PAULA RIZZO

"New York Women in Communication was lucky enough to have Paula Rizzo keynote at our Student Communications Career Conference. She was inspiring, informative, and totally relatable. The audience was mesmerized and talked about her presentation long after she was finished."
-Lori Greene, VP Student Affairs, New York Women in Communications

"Paula Rizzo's session on boosting your productivity, which she presented at the American Society of Association Executives' Great Ideas Conference in March 2015, was packed. In addition to her presentation, she facilitated lots of audience engagement and peer-to-peer conversation, even hosting a pre-session small-group 'discussion den' on the topic. In her main session, Paula shared not only smart tactics for creating and using the "modern to-do list," but also how she organizes her heavy workload and sets priorities that leverage the highs and lows of her mental and physical energy and how tools such as music and apps keep her at an optimum pace. I recommend her for any audience interested in increasing how much work they get done."
-Kristin Clarke, CAE, American Society of Association Executives

"Paula Rizzo is to list-making what Marie Kondo is to organizing. She's a veritable master at engaging audiences with her practical, hands-on tips and makes the art of list-making both fun and enjoyable. If you're already a list-maker, Paula is your soul mate. If you're not a list-maker, get ready to become one. Not everyone can make a topic like this one entertaining but Paula certainly does. If there's one thing to check off your to-do list, it's to take advice from Paula."
-Jenny Powers, Founder, Running With Heels LLC

"One of our best guests! #1 in Popularity in Live Shows! Paula adds value, genuinely connects with listeners, is fun and enthusiastic in her approach to help people "get it done" with her remarkable list building techniques. An amazing speaker who creatively connects mind and heart in the most unforgettable way to make your life better. Read the book and book her too!!"
-Deb Scott, BA, CPC, Best-Selling Author, Award-Winning Radio Host: The Best People We Know Show

"Paula Rizzo was the featured author at my LadyDrinks Author Series Dinner last month. Paula is whip-smart and relays our shared sense of 'tv sensibility' in speaking well, speaking declaratively and yet speaking economically. Her delivery is fluid and —she's done her research! I highly recommend her for any event."
– Joya Dass, co-founder, LadyDrinks Women's Networking Group and NY1 Anchor

"As co-president of the Women's Media Group, I was thrilled the group could host Paula Rizzo's Listful Thinking book launch at the Book Culture bookstore on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. The event, billed as a chance to "get organized in 2015," was packed, and Paula led us in a practical and inspiring makeover of our to-do lists. I had a genuine a-ha moment, realizing that lists are not just a way to remember, they are also a way to organize your thoughts. Paula is charming, energetic, and inspiring—I'd recommend her as a presenter to groups of all kinds."
-Kris Puopolo, former co-president – Women's Media Group

"Paula takes list-making to a new level for the era of information and task overload that we live in today. She embraces technology's efficiencies but also updates classic list-making strategies. Just following her advice to divide my to-do list into "Work" and "Home" made a big difference. Her positive yet down-to-earth manner and practical suggestions for getting started make you feel that yes, you can do this!"
-Toni Sciarra Poynter, former co-president, Women's Media Group

"Paula Rizzo made an excellent presentation to the Capital Management Group of New York clients and guests at the annual Women's Lunch and Learn Seminar on February 12, 2015. Her talk on 'Common List-making Mistakes and How to Fix Them' was extremely well received. Paula's presentation was well thought out and easy to follow. The feedback was excellent."
-Donna B Nadler, CFP®, M.B.A, Senior partner, Capital Management Group of New York & host of annual Valentine's Day Women's Lunch & Learn

"On Thursday, April 16, 2015, the Connetquot Public Library in Bohemia, NY had a special visit from one of their very own natives. Paula Rizzo joined us for a discussion about her book, "Listful Thinking." She brought up excellent points on how to work through distractions when deadlines are near. I learned about some fabulous list-making apps (Evernote & Wunderlist) that I use daily and by outsourcing some of your tasks, you can save tremendous amounts of time. Setting goals through list-making keeps you focused on the task at hand and helps make you more productive. As a mom and part-time librarian, lists are crucial to help keep my life in order at home and at work. Paula has so many ideas, there's something that will work for everyone!"
