At the climax of her corporate career, Keyshala Petitt left her employer to share her creativity, innovative ideas, and passion for maximizing potential with a broader audience. She founded About Action Now where she teaches leaders, entrepreneurs, and creatives about the necessary steps to utilize their full potential and improve their lives and businesses.

This dynamic speaker discovered her inherent gift for talking in front of a crowd when she was still a child. Her passion to speak and the enthusiastic reception from her audiences continued into adulthood, where Keyshala found herself speaking to audiences ranging from a handful to hundreds.

Keyshala attributes much of her success to service and philanthropy. This form of personal branding works in corporate and non-corporate environments and led to her eleven-year climb from entry-level employee to Global Training Lead of one of the world's largest engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) companies.
