Meet Paula Vail: Owner/Founder of Wellness Inspired, Television/Radio Host, Published author, Inspirational speaker, Actress, and Entrepreneur, Mentor.
Paula's show "Choices: Finding Your Joy." is currently locally broadcasted on 1150KKNW am Alternative Talk Radio Station in Seattle, as well as on 5DTV and You Tube.
Paula was recently featured on CUTV News in NYC.
Paula is a featured expert in the upcoming documentary film "Imagine a World", which will be released in 2019.
Paula Vail is a Reiki Master/Teacher in Usui Reiki. She has also received training in Shamanism and Quantum Healing.
Prior to her Reiki practice and Radio show, Paula was a Tacoma area restaurant Manager/Owner for 27 years. Working long hours, but finding great joy in the service of others.
She was featured in New York City Times Square by the Continental Who's Who organization as a Pinnacle Professional and has been featured two times in the Women of Distinction Magazine for her achievements in business and life. Paula was featured in their 2015 edition and on the cover of the 2017 edition, as well as being featured in the "ICE" magazine.
Most recently, she received awards for Top Wellness Coach of Year 2017 and Top Female Professional of 2018 by the International Association of Top Professionals, "IAOTP".
Paula's upcoming book "Why am I so Happy" is due to be released in November of 2018.
Paula's article is featured in the upcoming addition of "America's Leading Ladies" which includes Oprah Winfrey; Melinda Gates; Mary Barra CEO General Motors; Virginia Rometty, CEO IBM, Suze Orman, Millika Chopra (Deepak daughter) and successful wonderful life and success coaches, CEO;s, Radio personalities, athletes, etc. This book is due to be released in November 2018.
