Gian Marco is President of CASCO Safety Group (Central America Safety Company), a leading distributor of specialized industrial safety and rescue equipment. He is President of Café Las Flores, Nicaragua's finest coffee company and leading integrated specialty coffee brand from plantation to retail. He is also present in the commercial real estate development space with Centro Norte and Entheos Centro Corporativo, both in Managua.
Author of LEGACY: How Leaders Transcend the Past, Balance the Present and Serve for Generations. GM is a sought out speaker to entrepreneurs, leaders and teens on, Legacy, the 6 Element System and Thriving Through the Tunnel. He is a frequent guest on featured podcasts and is also the EO Latin America Region Forum Confidential Podcast host. He is an executive coach to entrepreneurs specializing in holistic life progress focused on awareness, clarity and accountability within the LEGACY system.
He promotes responsible business practices as President of uniRSE, Nicaragua's CSR catalyst. Additional past and present board positions include Fundacion Cocibolca and Paso Pacifico, two of Nicaragua's leading biodiversity and environmental actors. Gian Marco is a CALI (Central American Leadership Initiative) Fellow from the Aspen Institute and part of the Aspen Global Leadership Initiative. He was named to the BMW Foundation's inaugural class of Latin American Young Leaders Forum.
He graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia, in 1997. Since then, he has graduated from Entrepreneur's Organization's EO/MIT Entrepreneurial Masters Program, multiple INCAE executive programs, and Anthony Robbins' Mastery University. He was the first speaker in the inaugural TEDx Managua event in 2012 and TEDX Youth @ CSA 2019.
Gian Marco is an active member of Entrepreneur's Organization (EO) where he travels internationally as a trainer and coach to the EO Accelerator program. As founding member of the Young President's Organization (YPO) Nicaragua Chapter, he takes active leadership roles on its board.
GM is private coach to select entrepreneurs through his LEGACY Coaching program, focusing on awareness, clarity and accountability to achieve exponential holistic results.
He currently resides in Managua with his wife Marcela and three children.
