Jami didn't have your traditional upbringing and had to Fight her way out of extreme conditions and through her incredible resilience, competitive edge and drive to evolve into the person she knew she had to become, she did just that. Jami is a first generation college graduate and received her MBA from the University of Alabama. Upon graduation she jumped into the sales and management industry where her rise to success began. She opened her first firm in 2013 and within 5 years she helped build 40 companies, built a staff of 300 employees that grossed a combined total of $50,000,000 in revenue. In America today only 1% of Female CEO ran companies reach $10,000,000 and only 1% of female CEO ran companies have over 50 employees. Jami is a true visionary that has accomplished what only 1% of females in the business world currently have done. She aims to make that number change and help impact the world by helping Woman evolve into their inner warrior.
In 2018 Mychal and Jami Bangs became the agents for Dr. Eric Thomas. Also they partnered with Kendall Ficklin and built their company, The G Agency. Their agency takes an innovative approach to the speaking and consulting industry. They represent clients in the speaking, coaching and consulting industry and provide a development program for speakers and consultants, but they also provide the booking, lead generation, contract negotiations and brand management for their clients. They added a business development and consulting industry where they certify consultants in the PMP and Management industries.
Mychal and Jami are the definition and example of entrepreneurship. There coaching, leadership development, and Development programs have not only helped them reach new heights professionally but more importantly they've been able to give back, create opportunities and help 40 millennials become CEO's and change their lives.
