After sustaining a devastating knee injury in college, overcoming hurdles of having alcholic parents who had a abusive relationship, to being drafted in the 1st round of the NFL draft & beating the odds to endure a 8-year NFL career at the toughest position in all of sports.

Alex has developed his Leadership & Company Culture presentation by pulling from his background playing in the NFL for 3 different teams with multiple coaching changes, coming to a common ground with characters that were both in the locker room and front office, as well as being a captain of the University of Oregon football program that won the prestigious Pac-10 Championship and put them in the Rose bowl for the first time in 37 years, even after starting the season 1-2!
With Alex's leadership, the team worked hard to establish a deeper relationship with one another that allowed them to refocus, change the culture and come together for one common cause & in the process rewrite U of O football HISTORY.
