Gary Wilbers
Gary Wilbers has been a successful entrepreneur his entire life. He is known as the Positive Culture Mentor. He shares the knowledge he has gained through his experiences to help individuals and organizations cultivate a positive culture that wins to enhance people and performance and to find their purpose in business and life.
Gary is a lifelong entrepreneur and has started 12 different businesses. The first business Gary built, Mid America Wireless, started as a small two-man company and culminated with 10 regional storefronts and over 150 employees. His goal and commitment were to always make team members better equipped than when he/she started with the company. From his experience, Gary's created a framework: The High Achiever Mindset using his success as the foundation. He also created an acronym that has shaped his life's foundation: CHARGE (Create Habits Around Real Goals Every day). He now shares his message as a keynote speaker, author, trainer and coach in order to help others reach their goals, dreams and ambitions.
He has authored four books: Cultivate Positive Culture: 10 Actions to Faithful Living; Positive Culture Wins; 21 Ways to Attract, Retain & Engage Millennials; and The High Achiever Leadership Formula.
Gary is involved in his community and gives his time and resources to several organizations. His passion is working with Special Olympics Missouri. He currently serves as Past Chairman of the Board of Directors and also served as the Capital Campaign Chair for the Training for Life Campus fund drive to build a $16.5 million-dollar state-of-the-art facility for Missouri athletes. One of his greatest joys is playing unified golf with Keith Lueckenhoff, a Special Olympic athlete.
Gary and his wife Dana have three children: Chris, Adam and Elle and reside in Wardsville, Missouri.
