Helping creative teams soar by removing internal blocks.

There is so much to love about creative companies. Their culture is exciting, the people are passionate, and the work is dynamic. But creative people aren't always the first to embrace process and structure. When process is neglected however, it can eat up energy and precious resources, ultimately serving as an impediment and a distraction to creative execution.

For the past 30 years Wayne has worked within both the consulting andcreative industries. His current clients in the worlds of filmed entertainment, broadcasting, advertising, and visual effects consistently experience profound, significant, and lasting results from his work. While he his consultancy now focuses on creative organizations, he has also had the benefit of servicing clients across the arenas of commerce, government, and education.

Removing Roadblocks

Where are we going?  Who owns what?  How do we decide?  Are we hearing each other?  How do we work together?

1) ASSESSMENT
Working with leaders, I conduct a comprehensive assessment of each of the below areas including reviewing processes and speaking with the key players including creatives.

2) FINDINGS AND GAME PLAN
I report my findings to leadership, and collaboratively we devise an overall strategy for eliminating the roadblocks and achieving desired results.

3) EXECUTION
Using a wide variety of tools and techniques, (training, coaching, presentation, consulting, process design) we deliver on that strategyin alignment with existing initiatives in the organization.

4) OUTCOME
Together, we create an environment where creative teams thrive, move forward shoulder to shoulder, and take on greater challenges.
