For most of my adult life, I have focused on how humanity could most easily replace catastrophe with paradise as our most likely future. In the process of trying to visualize or help create the more sustainable world that could morph into paradise, I have been a trained professional mediator, earned two patents on solar car technology and ran an organization on UN reform. This work, related study and feedback from others in these areas has helped me develop a uniquely detailed blueprint for creating a viable pathway towards the better world that all our hearts and souls yearn for. It has also helped me develop an understanding of the evidence which supports the changes required to achieve these interrelated goals. I have become increasingly convinced that visualizing a more sustainable and fulfilling future requires us to understand the relationship between cooperation, compassion and the three fundamentally different forms of competition. Because of that, I have read, written about and discussed these issues prolifically. My reading includes numerous books which discuss how other mammals who live in groups compete in ways which facilitate cooperation instead of undermining it. I also have focused on this issue when reading books about how our brains, hormones and genetics work. Because of a lifetime of sustained and "out of the box" thinking on these matters, I believe I can offer an interesting and thought provoking viewpoint that even those who disagree usually find worth hearing. In fact, I believe that my ideas can help you improve your life and organization while becoming wiser, more well roundeed and more fulfilled

adjusting to post-modern conditions
I begin by examining the biological and historical reasons why farming caused humanity to adopt interactive patterns, social norms and political systems which are inconsistent with how other social animals including our...
More effective dispute avoidance and resolution systems
In addition to my mediation and UN related work, I have read prolifically and had many discussions in private and based on talks about many issues relating to dispute resolution. I believe that I have a clear vision of the pros and cons of diffferent dispute resolution modalities. Equally importantly, the work I have done and my prolific reading about related psychological, spiritual and interpersonal interactive patterns helps me see what prevents us from dealing with disputes as...
