Pam Burrows, People Booster
Fellow of PSAUKI, NLP Master Prac., DipS
NOT, UKPam blends her early career in social services and child development with a solid background in the psychology of human behaviour. She became a Master Practitioner in NLP, (Neuro Linguistic Programming), and then went further to develop the suite of techniques she now uses to help individuals, teams and whole organisations.
Working with leaders to build a robust culture of well-being at the highest level, she then takes their staff through energising workshops to create ongoing positive, supportive and effective workplace interactions and self-care habits.
Organisations that work with Pam notice the lift in people's spirits right away and are soon able to also cite improvements in staff engagement, retention and changes in sick leave statistics. An unexpected bonus also emerged; captured in clear data by her client Experian, Pam's work resulted in a marked increase in productivity and response times.
Pam brings nearly 30 years experience of speaking on human behaviour, is a Fellow of the Professional Speaking Association UK and Ireland and won the EUOSHA award for Healthy Workplaces by helping a key client to embed strategies to address stress in the workplace. She talks on BBC radio and her local TV station regularly invite her to boost their viewers wellbeing.
