Mr. Frazier has a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Quantitative Analysis from
the University of Cincinnati, and a Master of Science in Professional Accountancy from Walsh
College in Troy, Michigan.

Mr. Frazier has been a sole practitioner for more than 25 years. The entrepreneurial spirit of his family started with his father and extends to his daughter and son-in-law who are active in the performing arts as novel writers (their novels consistently rank above 3,800 on Amazon.com), playwrights and producers of two off-Broadway plays and animated children's' movies, and a son who is renown in Metro Detroit as a community activist and hip-hop artist who provides programs and mentoring opportunities for Detroit youth, and an Aquarian grandson who loves Minions, The Black Panther and Spiderman.
