ON, CANADADee Steimle is passionate about supporting others to lead fulfilling and healthy lives. Whether in a corporate setting, as a key note, at a retreat or virtually, Dee is able to inspire and share valuable insights about practical science-based approaches to happiness and wellness.
Through her global work in organizations, Dee has helped people to reach their potential, developing diverse, equitable and inclusive cultures, and fostering respect and belongingness in the workplace. She has studied yoga, mindfulness and meditation, positive psychology and neuroscience. Founding Namaste, Dee has channelled this knowledge into a wide variety of wellness-oriented programs and classes. Known for her energetic approach, she interjects fun and creativity into all her offerings.
As a "serial volunteer", Dee has held many volunteer roles since she was a "candy striper" at a hospital at age 12. She earned a B. Arts from Queens University, a Masters of Adult Education from the University of Toronto, holds a CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) and an Accredited Engagement and Recognition Professional (REP) designation. She lives in Oakville, Ontario with her trophy husband. Her interests include travelling, reading, red wine and ice cream!
