Hire - Train - Win --- the Pro Football Way. Turn your staff into your team with management techniques from one of pro football's greatest front offices.

Mark Oristano has had one of the most diverse careers imaginable. He had a 30-year sportscasting career in Texas, including stints with the NFL Dallas Cowboys and Houston Oilers. He broadcast two Super Bowls, produced a radio show for NFL Films, was a columnist for the weekly Cowboy newspaper, and much more.

He has been a volunteer at Children's Medical Center in Dallas for 21 years, working in the day surgery recovery room. While at Children's, he spent five years shadowing one of the world's top pediatric heart surgeons, Dr. Kristine Guleserian, and out of that work came Mark's new book: Surgeon's Story: If You Can't Operate in Heels, You Can't Operate.

Mark has been a successful stage actor for 35 years in everything from Shakespeare to Neil Simon. His presence on stage brings out all the best in humor and information. He is a humorous, dedicated speaker and one of only a few people who has broadcast a Super Bowl and held a human heart. (Not at the same time!)

Mark lives in Dallas, where he continues to act, work at Children's, and help businesses reduce turnover.
