Jessica Potts is a recovering government worker, who now spends her time with a wide range of public and private sector clients as president of Inspired Strategy Group Inc.

Holding a coaching certification from Gallup, and practitioner certification from the LUMA Institute, she is on the leading edge of her field. She embraces a strengths-based development philosophy, and human-centred design and innovation practices to deliver interactive and insightful training, team building, and strategy/action planning experiences.
Jessica is Business Communications lead for Brock University's Goodman School of Business Professional Development Group, and a past faculty member at the Niagara College School of Business & Management. She was honoured to have been nominated by her students for Part-time Educator of the Year in her rookie term of teaching at Niagara College.
Through her background in economic development roles with municipal and provincial government partnerships, she spent a decade of her career coaching and training entrepreneurs to realize their goals and dreams.
Her heart belongs to the Niagara region and in 2018, she was bestowed the Leadership Niagara Community Spirit Award for Distinguished Alumni, in part for her leadership role with two community organizations that have raised over $650,000 in since 2015.

She's mom to 2 young sons, a rescued terrier, and a 120lb Great Dane who thinks it's a lap dog;
She's a self-proclaimed french fry connoisseur;
