Cathy Frost is a Certified Integrative Wellness and Life Coach who has been an advocate and leader in the Health and Wellness Field for more than 25 years. She also holds certifications from the Cleveland Clinic and the Cooper Institute.

She is the founder of "Forget Diets Forever" and has personally helped more than 5,000 women lose weight, improve their health and get in better shape.

Cathy has served as a Wellness Coordinator at Marshalltown Medical and Surgical Center, the Nutritionist and Certified Life Style Counselor at Women's Care Medical Center, and the owner of 5 women's fitness centers. Cathy also served as the Business Development Manager for a women's fitness franchise where she supervised 150 locations in New England and New York providing trainings and oversight of the owners and their staff.

Cathy realizes that most women think they know what they should do to lose weight and improve their health, but often they find they just can't stick to it. However, Cathy understands WHY Diets Don't Work and it is NOT the dieter's fault! She shares this information with women to free them from the diet mentality once and for all! It's more than diet and exercise – there's a bigger picture at play.

Through her "Forget Diets Forever" programs, Cathy empowers women, with new discoveries, to break down their personal barriers. She guides them to fashion and establish new skills and techniques to bring better balance and love to all aspects of their life – mental, emotional, physical and spiritual - enabling them to live their best and healthiest lives!

With Cathy's programs, women are able to overcome their own "baggage" and remove the guilt and/or frustration related to their weight, body or health.
