Toxic environments can be found in romantic relationships, at work, in a friendship or in a family. Walking Without Weights (W3) educates individuals, companies, associations and schools about toxic environments. We teach the signs of toxicity, how to know if you're in a toxic environment and how to get out of or navigate a toxic situation. We take a holistic approach by guiding and supporting individuals as we help them create an exit strategy or navigation plan through those toxic relationships, which empowers them as they eliminate their fears, celebrate their uniqueness, and elevate their relationship intuition.

I am uniquely qualified as a former criminal investigator and mental health administrator with over 25 years of experience and a survivor of all things toxic, that of marriage, work, family and friends to know the signs, the process, knowledge and resources needed to exit or maneuver a toxic environment. Most importantly I understand the fears, hesitation and complexity of emotions that one feels when deciding to leave or to stay and navigate the chaos.
