"Not me!" you're thinking. I hear many people say they will have 'passive income' so they don't have to work so hard in 10 years, or maybe 20. That would be a good outcome, I agree, but when I ask about the plan for making that happen, the details are usually sketchy. When I ask people what they are doing right now to make it happen, that's when the wheels really fall off.
Here is the frustrating thing – and at the same time, the biggest opportunity for you. Creating a financially secure future and living a happier life is not impossible. In fact, with some good advice, a sound plan and consistent action, you could even say it's not that difficult! And yet for some reason, most people simply don't take the first step. I believe that has less to do with not caring and more to do with not knowing where to start.
