Inspire, train & entertain with authentic lessons from corporate America, 9/11, cancer, parenting, start-ups & non-profits by a podcast host, author, CEO.

Sandra Crawford Williamson is a seasoned executive, Wall Street industry expert, author, executive coach, and public speaker who has held many C-suite roles, including CEO, COO, and Chief Marketing Officer in a $3 Billion firm. Williamson brings over 20 years of general management, marketing, and sales experience with a passion for taking brands, companies, teams, and individuals to the next level through inspiration, mentoring, and authenticity. After leading a publicly traded company doing business in 43 countries, and working with start-ups in Silicon Valley, she joined the ranks in the non-profit world by launching a mission-focused nonprofit. With diverse experience in international business, within corporate America, in the non-profit world, and as an entrepreneur leading her own business, Sandra is uniquely qualified to speak on many facets of business.

Though Sandra's executive resume is impressive, her ability to overcome adversity in her personal live is equally remarkable. After being in NYC on 9/11, surviving cancer, and other personal loss, Sandra's authentic, nothing held back story of perseverance and hope is inspiring to all.

Sandra's lifelong, innate passion for understanding human behavior and her uncanny ability to "read" people give her a natural edge when it comes to winning over others. She teaches others (who may not possess her same superpower) how to observe, identify, and tailor their approach in business and in life to influence others' decisions.
With her many accomplishments and abilities, what gives Sandra the greatest joy is her role as wife and mom to three beautiful children. Sandra's road to marriage and parenthood was challenging at times, but it was the most painful trials – learning that she was pregnant with a baby that would not live outside the womb AND that she had cancer in the same day; multiple miscarriages; navigating the rocky road of infertility treatment; then the joys and challenges of becoming a parent at 38, 42, and 44 years old - that led her to the greatest blessings of her life today, her family.

With energy, candor and wit, Sandra will engage and inspire any audience. Her unique combination of gifts, experience, and personality make her relatable to business audiences of all shapes, sizes, and genders, executives, non-profit leaders, entrepreneurs, parents, cancer survivors, those battling infertility, and people grieving the loss of children. Her many life experiences and trials have only served to strengthen Sandra's faith, and she is equally gifted presenting to secular and faith-based organizations.

She is passionate about sharing her years of experience with others through founding Crawford Creative Consulting, lecturing at the university level, co-hosting the "Eternal Leadership" podcast, and equipping and developing others through Mastermind Groups.

"Sandra is a great leader who can drive a large organization towards positive change. One of her strengths is her ability to captivate and motivate audiences. She excels at public speaking. Sandra's passion and energy allow her to drive progress regardless of the roadblocks that may exist."
