DawnMarie has over a decade in sales and customer service experience and uses her previous involvement as both a union and non-union employee to help organizations create a culture of benevolence within the organization. As a mediator and restorative justice practitioner coupled with OBM strategies. DawnMarie tailor's a program that transforms and increases the communication perspectives of all parties for the purpose of building trust and respect among employees and management.
DawnMarie is also a speaker and trainer. She speaks regularly at Commanders Call and to military spouses, where she motivates, provides information and resources to the members to ensure readiness. In addition to her other accomplishments, DawnMarie is also a gifted teacher hosting a faith-based podcast on Blog Talk Radio entitled The Process319 Unleashed.
DawnMarie is currently pursuing a doctorate in Psychology from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ, she earned a and an M.A. in Psychology specializing in Mediation and Conflict Resolution, from the University of the Rockies, and completed her B.A. in Communications from Carroll University in Waukesha WI. Dawn Marie is also a certified Mediator and Restorative Justice Practitioner with Mediators Without Borders, and a trained Life Coach.
