The President and founder of West Image Management, Deborah West is committed to empowering people all over the world to "Stand Out, Fascinate & Succeed!" An international speaker, business relationship leader and personal image mentor, she honed her expertise in the business and personal coaching field 20 years, helping others to discover—and enhance—the best and most authentic version of themselves. Deborah's Create Your Captivating Persona web series helps people discover ease, grace and personal comfort in all social situations, ultimately improving all aspects of their relationships and bringing their dreams to life.

Growing up in a small town in New Jersey, Deborah discovered very young she had an affinity for entertaining, creating beautiful environments, and engaging people from all walks of life in conversation. At the time, she expressed this with a keen interest and expanded learning in social etiquette, public speaking, and entertaining.  

Over time, she discovered she was a natural at assisting others with their social confidence and communication skills. Using this talent during her years in the world of technical program management and digital experience design, Deborah completed her M.B.A., built high-functioning project teams, and broke glass barriers for women working in the IT field.   

During her 20 years, Deborah continued advancing her career in digital project and program management, working in a wide variety of industries across the world – financial services, retail, television, social services, children's programming, and sports. Every day in her corporate life, Deborah recognized the importance of working within a team, communicating effectively and having social confidence.  She also recognized unsuccessful "learning experiences" times in her life when she did not build trust and confidence within her teams or stakeholders. 

Deborah began to feel the call to share her gifts and skills with other to help guide them to how easy it actually is to learn to stand out from a crowd and shine in your own particular way, when you understand its value.  While working with clients, she continued to hone her own knowledge and application of presence, poise and professionalism. Deborah received a certification on Image Management, and became a Fascination Advantage™ Affiliate.  

Having married a college athlete and watching student athletes struggle with building a personal brand that college and professional coaches were confident in, Deborah realized her heart was leading her to work especially with athletes in addition to her individualized one-on-one coaching and athletic speaking engagements. Experiences with student athletes allowed her to create her own athlete-centric training programs like "course name", which helps athletes make the best impression possible at official college visits while being genuinely themselves.
