Paul Wann is the Chief Operating Officer of Consociate, a Third-Party Administrator for self-funded health plans located in Decatur and East Peoria, Illinois. Paul has over 30 years of experience in the health care industry which encompasses almost every aspect of the payer portion of health care. Paul brought health care and population analytics to the self-funded industry back in the early 2000's. He has continued to push innovative solutions improving population health and create leading edge methods for financing health care. Paul shares his personal and business mission of "Changing the Delivery of Health Care" with the industry and continues to bring to light new ways of changing the health care system.
