Ignite your team with results-driven communication and leadership tools taught by a dynamic corporate trainer and CEO.

Jodi Low is an accomplished corporate trainer, inspirational speaker, and the Founder and CEO of the award-winning heart-based leadership development company U & Improved.
Jodi has trained tens of thousands of entrepreneurs, Fortune 100 executives, and small to medium sizes companies, and their teams, on how to build a booming business, master a mindset for success, and achieve the lifestyle they desire through heart-fueled leadership.
Her series of interactive, performance-based classes at U & Improved take leadership development to new heights using a sustainable and actionable model that is personal, challenging and meaningful to each attendee. Classes cover a variety of important workplace topics including communication, confidence-building, goal-setting, team collaboration, integrity and leadership. The curriculum is adaptable and can include anything from a one-day workshop or corporate speaking engagement to their series of four award-winning classes – each two-and-a-half day experiential leadership development courses – that focus on leadership, communication, team building and trust. Graduates are empowered with the knowledge, tools and awareness to immediately be more effective and responsive leaders at work, at home and within their communities.
In addition to helping Fortune 100 leaders, entrepreneurs and their teams see measurable success, Jodi also launched a teen leadership program, called U the Teen Leader, in 2014 to empower young adults to become more confident, motivated and focused future leaders. And in 2016, she founded a non-profit arm of the company—the U & Improved Leadership Foundation—which makes the program more accessible to deserving teens by offering partial and full scholarships to the U The Teen Leader class offered at U & Improved.
Jodi has been recognized by a number of industry publications and organizations for her work in leadership development and serves as a source of inspiration within the community. She recently received the 2019 Sun Devil 100 Award for being one of the Top 100 fastest-growing ASU Sun Devil owned and led companies. In 2015, she was honored as one of the state's "Outstanding Women in Business" by the Phoenix Business Journal and with the "Amazing Women" award by the Phoenix Suns and National Bank of Arizona. She has received the prestigious "Diversity Leader of the Year" Award from the Diversity Leadership Alliance in Arizona, a "Sterling Award" from the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce and a Silver Stevie Award for Female Entrepreneur of the Year.
She currently serves on the board of the Better Business Bureau, is the Vice President of Connections for Arizona Business Leadership, is an Ambassador of Conscious Capitalism of Arizona and an active member of the Executives' Association of Greater Phoenix.
Jodi is also a devoted single parent who volunteers her time regularly with her daughters. Together they complete hundreds of hours of charitable work through the National Charity League, giving back to teen mothers, senior citizens, special needs children and adults, the blind and the homeless. Other non-profit organizations that are dear to their hearts include Feed My Starving Children and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
