Winner of 'Cleo's Bachelor of the Year', David Whitehill, is currently the host of 'Escape' on 'The Lifestyle Channel', traveling to emerging international holiday locations.
Reaching a national television audience, David presents and produces stories on 'Mornings with Kerri Anne'. David has travelled to Hawaii, America, and New Zealand creating travel and adventure stories. He also co-hosted the program with Kerri Anne while travelling through Europe.
After completing an Associate Diploma of Management and a Bachelor of Business in Accounting, David started at 'SeaWorld' as a Dolphin Trainer, where he was involved with interactive programs. He joined the' Nine Network' as a host on the national children's program, 'Hot Source'. Using his talent at improvisation and comedy, he recorded over 400 episodes. He has starred on 'Skating on Thin Ice', 'Just For Laughs', the 'International Comedy Gag Show', and various other productions.
Adding to his list of credits, David has also hosted the music show 'So Fresh'. The series was filmed on location around the country, interviewing the who's who of the music industry and delighting Australian music fans with hits from around the globe. David has presented 'Queensland Escapes', showcasing travel based stories throughout Queensland. David's passion for the outdoors saw him tackling scuba diving, sky diving and many other exciting activities. Expanding his travel portfolio, he has produced and presented on the travel show 'Saturday Afternoon' and 'Scenic Tours Canadian Special' on the 'Nine Network'.
