331 Communications (Power Symposium)
On-Site
H.C., President, 331 Communications (Power Symposium)
Verified @331communications.comMy annual conference caters to a very niche audience. I always speak to keynote candidates prior to selecting to gauge whether they will be a good fit for us. I usually know within 15 minutes, but with Sharon, I knew in less than five (maybe even two!) that she would be perfect for our group, and boy was I right! Sharon's presentation style is warm, engaging and genuine. She draws you in...and you're compelled by her message—which is tremendously motivating. Her journalism background is evident in her delivery. We just wrapped our 14th symposium with Sharon as our keynote. She absolutely ranks among the best we've had. Her message honestly has stuck with me, and that is telling of its power (I've heard a lot of these). If you're looking for a speaker who can connect with your group, inspire them and leave them thinking about the message they've heard—in a meaningful way—Sharon is the one for you.

E.C., Senior Manager, Finance Transformation, Cree/Wolfspeed
Verified @yahoo.comAs someone who has "Transformation" in my job title, I typically search out information and presentations about change. Similar to those, I expected from Sharon a somewhat routine presentation about finding resilience, embracing change, etc. However, what Sharon shared were truly personal stories about her life and how she has moved through change, career, family, and cancer. She mentioned at the outset that she was a "competitive learner" and that was evident in that she took those life experiences she shared with us and used them to both learn and to educate others how to leverage tough times and grit to be resilient.
